Q:  What if I decide not to participate after I have registered and paid my consignor fee?
A:  Your consignor fee is non-refundable.  Please do not register until you are sure that you will be able to participate. 
Q: Will I get my hangers back?

A: No, items are sold on the hangers. You will get hangers with whatever you purchase though!

Q: What happens if I enter items after the on-line system shuts down?

A: The server will not allow you to enter items after the deadline.

 Q: If I forgot to bring something, can I bring it later?

A: As long as it is in our system by the deadline, you may bring it in anytime before the presale event begins!

 Q: How do I know how to price my items?

A: Use 1/3-1/4 of the original retail price as your guide. But, consider mostly what you would consider paying for that item…or ask a friend.

 Q: Can I bring a child on Presale Night?

A: No Children allowed at the presale for safety reasons. You are welcome to bring children to any of the public sales.

 Q: What if I can’t pick up my unsold items on Pick up day?

A: You may have a friend pick them up for you.  If you choose to have someone else pick up your items, please give them your consignor number as they will need to provide this information. 

 Q: What happens if I forget to pick up my items by the last day?

A: Any items not picked up on "pick up day" will be donated to a local charity. Please know that the items that you forget to pick up will go to very worthy recipients.
